Issues solicitations, Request for Quotes, facilitates, and oversees source selection and evaluation, negotiates costs/prices and terms and conditions with offerors/contractors, and ensures that awards are within applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation guidelines. Conducts all contracts close out functions to include final acceptance report, de-obligations, and final contract payment. Developed Quote Evaluation Plan/Source Selection Plan, Request For Quote/Statement of Work/Statement of Objectives, Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE), and Source Selection Board/Quote Evaluation Board Templates for all of Department of Justice Personnel to utilize.
